  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of claims (i use 2 cans) retain liquid for later
  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 dash garlic, sweet basil, parsley flakes
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese



Step 1

Melt butter, saute onions and clams for 20 minutes. Add in rest of the ingredients (except the cheese) and heat through.

pour into baking dish and top with cheese.

bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
