Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 11/2-inch florets
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 TB. WHOLE FENNEL SEED
- 1/2 tsp. CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1/2 tsp. GROUND CORIANDER
- 1 TB. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC
- 2 TB. MINCED WHITE ONION
- 1 tsp. PEPPER (Moya uses freshly ground FOUR PEPPERCORN BLEND)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. In a roomy bowl, combine the SPICES, GARLIC and ONION. Coat the cauliflower with olive oil, add to the spices and mix well. Place on a cookie sheet and roast for about 15 minutes, depending on how large you cut it, turning once, until the cauliflower is slightly browned at the edges and soft.
