Hawaiian Wedding Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 20oz can crushed pineapple
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 tsp coconut extract
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp coconut extract
• 2 tsp vanilla
• garnish with nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix and pur into prepared 9 x 13 pan..bake and cool then frost.
