Baked Eggs with Cheese & Meat

Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 12 12 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Half & Half (substitute: milk)
  • 1 1 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • to & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 lb cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 lb cooked crumbled bacon
  • fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Thoroughly whisk first 3 ingredients.
2. Stir in cheeses and salt/pepper.
3. Pour into greased dish.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until center is no longer runny.
