Ingredients
- 1 to 2 15 oz cans black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 to 2 16 oz cans of corn, drained
- 3-5 good sized tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. diced red onion
- 7 T. fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. red cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 6 T juice from a real lemon
- 2 16 oz. cartons fat-free sour cream
- chips

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients thoroughly, refrigerate or serve immediately with tortilla chips. This dip will be chunky and light in color.
