  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Instructions
Combine baking mix, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and egg; beat vigorously for 20 strokes.

Keep melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar in separate bowls on the side for dipping.

Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Lightly grease cooking sheet.

Round up the dough on lightly floured board, knead 5 times.

Roll 1/2 inch thick - cut with floured doughnut cutter.

Twist doughnut to make a figure-eight. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Immediately after baking dip in melted butter then into sugar let cool.
