- 1 Eggplant sliced in 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 cup diet Italian salad dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Place eggplant in large bowl pouring a small amount of dressing over each layer. Cover, marinate for at least an hour (up to overnight). Place on medium heat grill until soft and browned on both sides.
