Ingredients
- 8 chicken steaks, thawed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oils
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken steaks in a resealed plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Blend well and pour over chicken steaks. Seal plastic bag. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a hot grill with rack being 4-6 inches above coals. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Baste frequently with marinade.
