- 1 MED RED ONION DICED
- 1 RED PEPPER CORED AND DICED
- 1 GREEN PEPPER CORED AND DICED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC DICED
- 1 25 OZ JAR MARINARA SAUCE
- 1 8 OZ BOTTLE CLAM JUICE
- PINCH RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1/4 TSP DRIED BASIL
- 1/4 TSP DRIED OREGANO
- 3/4 POUND COD CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES
- 3/4 POUND RAW SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY

Step 1
SAUCE PAN WARM OIL AND ADD ONION, BOTH PEPPERS AND COOK UNTIL SOFTENED (FIVE MIN.), ADD GARLIC AND COOK ANOTHER MINUTE, STIR IN MARINARA SAUCE CLAM JUICE, RED PEPPER FLAKES, BASIL AND OREGANO AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES, ADD COD AND SIMMER 5 MINUTES. ADD SHRIMP AND PARSLEY AND SIMMER UNTIL SHRIMP ARE COOKED (S MINUTES).
