Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/3 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In sauce pan, add first 4 ingredients and simmer while preparing topping. In bowl, combine topping ingredients except cheese and blend well. Stir in cheese. Pour hot chicken into 12x8 baking dish. Spoon topping over mixture. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
