Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup. Butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups milk
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon dry ground mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni
Melt butter - add flour, mustard, salt till bubbly
Add milk - get it thickened then add cheddar cheese
Mix in macaroni
