Ingredients
- 1 red pepper,seeded,diced
- 2 celery stalks,diced
- 1 medium vidalia onion,diced
- 2 (7 ounce) packages salmon,drained and mashed
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs,divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl place pepper, celery, onion, salmon, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
4. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs on top.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
