Ingredients
- 2 3/4 2 3/4 3/4 cups pretzels, broken into small pieces
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1” cups margarine, cut into 1” pieces
- 12 12oz.cream 12oz.cream cheese
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 carton large cool whip
- 2-10 2-10 pkgs 2-10 oz pkgs frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 1 1 lge pkg strawberry jello
- 2 2 2 cups pineapple juice (or water) heated
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pretzel pieces with margarine and bake at 400o for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to distribute margarine. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth then gently blend with cool whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Chill until set. Dissolve jello in hot liquid. Add frozen strawberries, stir until strawberries thawed and jello slightly thickened. Gently pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill.
