Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup quick cooking rice (Minute Rice)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cans (8oz each) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix beef, rice, onion and seasonings. Form into 1" meatballs.

2. Brown lightly on all sides in oil in a 10" skillet; drain fat. Add Hunt's sauce and water. Mix well, cover, and simmer about 20 mins.
