Ingredients

  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 chopped chopped fresh zucchini
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the bisquick, Parmesan, dill, salt and pepper

Add in the eggs and vegetable oil and mix
Stir in the zucchini and onion

Pour into a sprayed 1 1/2 qt casserole

Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 25/30 minutes
