Pecan Encrusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs melted butter or olive oil
- 4 tsp honey
- 1/4 bread crumbs or panko
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbs parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- Lemon cut into wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Season fish with salt and pepper. Mix together mustard, melted butter or olive oil, and honey. Brush each filet with the mixture and place in lightly greased baking dish. Mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Pat each filet with bread crumb mixture. Bake for approximately ten minutes or until done. Garnish with lemon wedges.
