Ingredients
- Creamy Polenta
- 3 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Cup polenta
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bring milk and herbs to a boil. Whisk in corn meal and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover. After 10 minutes, stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Scallops Pan sear scallops in a hot nonstick pan with a small amount of olive oil. Turn over once and sear other side.
