Strawberry Jalapeno Appetizers

Ingredients

• 10 jalapeno peppers
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. strawberry preserves
• 1 Tbs. cumin
• 1/2 c. finely chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, mix cream cheese, preserves, cumin & cilantro together. Wearing gloves, cut tops of peppers off, carefully remove seeds & fiber with small spoon. Fill each pepper with mixture & serve.
