Many way meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 11 oz. can condensed soup (cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom, or cream of celery
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix bread crumbs, beef, onion, egg, and salt. Shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water, and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring often. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
