Bow Ties with Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
- 8 oz. dried bow tie pasta
- 12 oz. spicy Italian sausage links
- 2 medium sweet red peppers (cut in 3/4 inch lengths)
- 1/2 c. vegetable or beef broth
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions, Drain and return to sauce pan. Meanwhile, cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. In large skillet cook sausage and peppers until sausage is brown. Drain any fat. Stir the broth and pepper into skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta and add parsley. Toss gently to coat.
