Warn Ruben Dip
- 1 can chopped sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 tbs caraway seeds
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 12 oz deli corned beef
- 3/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- pumpernickel party bread or rye crackers
Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and mustard.
Spoon sauerkraut mix in bottom of a 2 qt. baking dish .
Place corned beef on top.
Spread dressing over corned beef and sprinke with cheese.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with bread or crackers.
