Five Layer Greek Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ( 7 oz) pkg of your favorite Hummus ( or make your own)
  • 2-4 oz. of feta cheese, crumbled ( 2 oz. to layer over the hummus, and 1 oz. to sprinkle over the top of all the layers)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp. sliced olives kalamata
  • Pita Chips, for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Spread hummus onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Cover the hummus with a layer of feta cheese, followed by layers of the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced olives. Layer 2 oz. of feta over the hummus, then sprinkle another oz. over the top of all the layers.) Serve with pita chips.
