Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 packages frozen chopped spinach (use top brand)
  • 1 large Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (Package serves 12 or 2 packages which serves 6)
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 4 onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Accent
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain spinach. Mix with other ingredients and shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

May be frozen for later cooking.
