Portobello-Rosemary Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 1 bag fresh bread cubes
  • 1 box sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. cranberries
  • I can chicken broth
  • Chopped onions
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • white wine
  • rosemary

Preparation

Step 1


Combine all ingredients, place in greased 13X9 dish. cover & bake @ 350 degrees F for 30 min. Remove cover & continue baking for 10-15 min. until golden brown.
