- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 3 slices bacon diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Brown ground beef and bacon. Add onion, cook until tender, but not brown. Drain off the excess fat.
Blend flour and seasonings into mixture.
Stir in soup, cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve in toasted buns or over hot toast points.
