Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1 T yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 T oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 3 3/8 c flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and knead. Put in a bowl to let rise until doubled. May take 2 hrs. Put on counter and make into rolls( about tennis ball size for buns smaller for rolls), then let rise again for 1 hour. then bake at 350F for about 20 minutes
