Ingredients

• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 4 Tbs brown sugar
• 11 oz. cream cheese
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 can strawberry pie filling
• fresh strawberries for garnish
• whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, butter, walnuts and brown sugar and press into the bottom of an 8x8 pan/glass baking dish.
2. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk, then pour on top of the crust.
3. Pour strawberry pie filling on top and add fresh strawberries in a single layer on top of the pie filling.
4. Top with the whipped cream topping of your choice - homemade or store bought.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.
