Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds of pot roast, chuck roast
- 1 can of condensed beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of minced or grated onion
- 15 oz. of tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place pot roast in crock pot and add in beef broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 - 11 hours.
Shred meat with fork after cooking and retain 1 cup of the juice from cooking.
Combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
