Crab Casserole Make-Ahead

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 12 slices bread cubed
- 8 hard cooked eggs, diced
- 2 tbsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crabmeat, bread cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix together milk and mayo and add to mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and refrigerate overnight.
One hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and bake at 325 for 45 minutes
