Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 t salt
- 2.5 C milk
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar
- 8 oz. macaroni
- buttered crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, flour and salt and stir in milk. Stir consistently over medium heat to boil, and let boil for 1 minute. Turn off heat and Stir in cheese. Boil mac until done. Pour sauce over mac in greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
