Ingredients
- 1 whole roasted chicken deboned and cut up (HT)
- 1 package long grian $ wild Rice
- 6 stalks of clelery cleaned and diced
- 1 caroot grated
- 12 mushrooms diced or sliced
- 6 cups chcken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of chicken)
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, carrots and mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil. Add 3 cups broth and rice. Mix and cook for 30 minutes. Add remaining stock and cream of mushroom soup and cook. If too thick , add more stock or water.
