Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat margarine in 2 quart saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Cook uncovered in 350° oven until bubbly, about 40-45 minutes.
