Ham Balls, Crockpot

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 pounds ground ham
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch salt
  • .
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 cup hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls; place in slow cooker.

Pour sauce over ham balls; cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 6 hours on low.Serves 8 to 10.
