Baked Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon instant parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 5 cups cooked sliced potatoes
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

Mix everything together except the potatoes and cheese. Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Top with half the sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle the last of the cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
