Ingredients
- 7 oz. white choc squares
- 10 oz. raspberry
- 7 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 3 T. powder sugar

Step 1
Melt white chocolate, meanwwhile, using a very cold mixing bowl and beater, whip up the cream until stiff peaks, fold in gently the 3.5oz. of raspberry to whipping cream, and all the white chocolate. place into refgt for up to 3 hours
sauce- use remainer of the raspbrries press thru a sieve, if you don't want the seeds.
