Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg penne pasta
  • 1/2 pkg spiral noodles
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 T. italian seasoning (or less, to taste)
  • Dash or two of cayenne
  • 1 T. parmasan (more or less, to taste)
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1-2 T. breadcrumbs
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

1. Bring penne and spiral noodles to a boil.
2. Cook and season 2 chicken breasts to your liking and dice into pieces.
3. Pour cooked noodles into an 8x8 dish and mix in chicken with 1 jar of alfredo sauce.
4. Add italian seasonings, dash of cayenne, and parmesan. Mix well.
5. Bake for 10 minutes
6. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs.
7. Top dish with breadcrumb mixture and mozzarella cheese to cover.
8. Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
