Holiday Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 large Yukon Gold Potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash the potatoes
Stir in the cream cheese, butter, milk and seasonings
Fold in cheese reserving 1/4 cup

Spray a 2 qt casserole and fill with mashed potatoes
Top with remaining cheese

To heat
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
