Ingredients

  • 1 Package Weight Watcher's Chicken Herb Side Dish
  • 1/2 cup(s) canned reduced fat cream of celery soup made with fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) canned yellow corn
  • 1/4 cup(s) canned black beans
  • 1/4 cup(s) picante sauce
  • 3/4 cup(s) cooked diced chicken breast
  • 4 oz canned mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 can diced Green Chilies (about 2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup(s) fat-free Ricotta
  • 1/2 cup(s) reduced fat shredded Mexican-style cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix soup with picante sauce. Set aside.
Cook pasta side according to package directions.
Mix together all ingredients except shredded cheese and soup mix.
Put into an 8 inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with soup mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
