Pancakes (scratch)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs seperated
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 3 T sour cream
  • 1-1/2 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat yolks until thick. Sift flour, salt, and sugar together and mix with yolks and milk. Stir in sour cream. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into batter. Oil griddle and cook about 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Flip when bubbles appear.
