Chicken and Black Bean Guacamole Tostados

Ingredients

• 1 large,ripe avocado
• 4 tsps fresh lime juice
• 2/3 ccanne black beans,rinsed and drained
• 2 green onions,chopped
• hot pepper sauce
• 2 cooked chicken breasts,shredded
• 1 tomato seeded and chopped
• 1 tsp cumin
• lime juice
• 2 c shredded lettuce
• 2/3 c feta cheese
• salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Place avocado in medium bowl
Add lime juce and mas until almost smooth
Mix in beans and green onion
Season guacamole with hot sauc e,salt and pepper
Combine shredded chicken,tomato and cuin in small bowl
Season chicken mixture to taste with lime juice,salt and pepper
Arrange tostado shells on plates
Top with letuce,guacamole and chicken mixture
Sprinkle with cheese and add salsa
