Ingredients
- 4 1/2 " Pork Chops
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter, unmelted
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Wondra for thickening

Step 1
Trim fat from meat. Make a slit in fat end of pork chop to make a pocket. Combine stuffing, celery, onions, chives and melted butter. Let stand for a few minutes to let the flavors meld. Stuff each pork chop and skewer closed with toothpicks.
Melt butter in heavy skillet and brown pork chops. Add broth and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove chops from broth. Thicken with Wondra. Remove toothpoicks from chops. Serve with remaining juices over chops.
