MEALS - One Pot Pork Chop Supper

Ingredients

  • 4 or 6 pork chops
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can of water to rinse can
  • 2 T worchestershire sauce
  • 2-3 T caraway seed
  • 6 to 8 medium size potatoes, quartered
  • 6 carrots split lengthwise, cut into pieces

Step 1

Brown pork chops, remove from pan and add tomato soup, water, sauce and caraway seed. Put potatoes in bottom of roaster and then carrots, salt and pepper. Then add chops. Add 1 diced onion and some more potatoes and carrots. Then pour sauce from pan over everything, salt and pepper. Only salt and pepper chops after browned. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. If dry, add water.
