Ingredients
- 1 POUND KIELBASA OR POLISH SAUSAGE
- 1 POUND SAGE SAUSAGE
- 4 POTATOES PEELED AND CUBED
- 1 LARGE ONION DICED
- 2 CANS CREAM CORN
- 1 CAN WHOLE CORN NOT DRAINED
- 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 1 TSP THYME
- 1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation
Step 1
BROWN SAGE SAUSAGE AND PUT IN SOUP COOKING BOWL, SLICE POLISH SAUSAGE AND BROWN WITH ONION AND ADD TO BOWL, ADD WATER, POTATOES AND SEASONINGS AND BRING TO BOIL, COOK 15 MINUTES THEN ADD CORN AND MILK AND HEAT TO ALMOST A BOIL AND SIMMER.
