Ingredients
- 3/4 c rice
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced in rings
- 1 can beef bouillon
- salt and pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place raw rice in bottom of greased casserole dish. Brown pork chops in skillet, then arrange on top of rice. Place slices of onion, tomato and pepper rings on top of each pork chop. Pour can of beef bouillon with salt, pepper and dash of Worcestershire sauce over this Cover casserole and bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour. Add water if needed.
