Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 / cup feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook macaroni 8-10 minutes, drain and pour into casserole.

In bowl stir together: tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

Stir into hot pasta 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Stir until cheeses melted. Then stir in tomato mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.

Bake 15-25 minutes
