Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 T. baking cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Fluffy Chocolate Frosting: 1 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 oz) cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 min. Beat on med. for 1 min. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
For frosting, in mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 min. Beat in cool whip. Spread over cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
