Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks of butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs at room temperature
  • 3 cups cake flour,sifted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter and cream cheese, add sugar and mix until soft and fluffy.

Add one egg at a time and mix well.

Slowly add sifted cake flour to mixture with vanilla and mix well.

Pour into well greased and floured angel food cake pan or bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Don't over bake.
