Ingredients
- 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 10 oz pkg broccoli, defrosted
- 1 pkg spinach-defrosted and drained
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese- light
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic salt
- 2 c parm cheese
- variation: instead of broccoli put in artichoke hearts with the spinach
Preparation
Step 1
1. cook broccoli and place in casserole dish.
2. in double boiler blend milk, cream cheese, salt, garlic salt till smooth and hot. stir in 1 3/4 cup shredded parm cheese till smooth. pour 1 cup of sauce over broccoli.
3. top with sliced chicken. cover with rest of sauce.
4. sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
5. cook 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
