Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 ripe mango, seed removed, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Step 1
In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
