Ingredients
- 4 cups almond meal
- 10 tablespoons butter (I used clarified of course)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
- 5 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the last 3 ingredients then add the almond meal. Use a 9x9 dish. I lined it with parchment paper and then spread the “dough” and prick some holes with a fork. It bakes at 350 for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Chill before cutting.
I had some rhubarb that I sliced and cooked down in some water and agave nectar that I severed over it with some fresh strawberries and blueberries. I whipped some cream for the topping with a touch of maple syrup in it. It was soooo good. I thought I would share.
